“Kame-chan” a familiar sing-song voice interrupts his thoughts.
Lazily he turns around staring through his shades. Seeing one of his senpai waving at him, Kame gracefully slides the sunglass into his jacket, revealing his unsightly eye bag he tries desperately to hide “Nino-kun” he gives a small curious nod, quirking his crafted brows slightly.
The other guy happily pulls Kame’s arm wrapping it around his slender arms and tugs him close as he drags Kame along the usual rowdy corridor “You really need to do something with those hideous eye bags. Trouble sleeping?”
Kame purses his lips consciously, wondering how to react towards the overly-friendly-Nino, which never been a good sign “Not really. Just crazy schedule”
A sudden jab on his ribs almost makes him yelps in agony "You don't expect me to believe that do you?" Nino gives a boring smirk before rolling his eyes. "It's the breakup right?"
"What breakup?" Kame tries to maintain a cool and aloof tone. Slightly annoys with himself failing to hide it.
A haughty laughter escapes the other guy throat as he pulls Kame closer "I'm sure you know the walls have ears and they talks too."
He shakes his head a bit too desperate “Seriously, you definitely need to stop listening to those gossipmongers.” Sighing slightly, facing the older guy “I’m alright, really.”
“I’m not saying that you’re not” Nino continues with his politically correct tone “but I think counting fluffy sheep before going to sleep is such a bad way to curb ones insomnia.”
Kame exhales deeply before sighing exasperatedly before giving in “I guess you have better idea then.”
“Sex” Nino declares aloud, oblivious to the weird and curious stares they garnered from the passerby.
As for Kame, he feels like banging his head to the wall instead “I was expecting a much ingenious answer from you.”
Nino stirs Kame away from the busy corridor to the main lobby, hoping to get a peace of mind there. Unfortunately for them, the hall is just as crowded and hectic like all other parts of JE. Seeing the situation at hand, Nino releases his grip on Kame and walks over at one of the corner which is already occupied. And just like magic, the kouhei scramble away without even bother to argue. Then happily he waves to Kame, signaling his to join him at the newly vacant area.
Kame huffs in silent, heading towards the older guy. Nino settles in the two sitter couch and pats the empty space next to him, inviting Kame for it. Well, it’s more like ordering Kame actually.
As soon as Kame settles next to Nino, the other guy snakes his arm around Kame and sensually blows soft air into Kame’s ears “Back to the issue.”
Kame squirms slightly, focusing on a fake house tree at the corner of the area in an attempt not to blush “Yes please.”
“Sex is the best way to solve your sleeping problem” Nino cheerfully explains.
“Says who?” Kame arches his perfectly trimmed brows.
“You really haven’t been around aren’t you?” Nino adds lightly before turning serious again “It’s been written in one of the most prominent psychology books.”
Looking at him skeptically, Kame asks further “May I know the title of the book then?”
“I have a better idea, why don’t I bring the book to you tonight instead, Then we can study it together” Nino flashes his devious smirk, sliding his arms lower to Kame’s waist.
“Are suggesting something here?” Kame turns briskly to him, nervously licking his already glossy lips.
Nino let out a hearty laughter “Well, it’s the best suggestion wouldn’t you agree? When someone is broken hearted, they don’t really need new love to bounce back. What they need is to gain back the self confidence. Having sex is the best way to release all those unwanted negative stress and at the same time gain the confidence you need. And the best thing is, with all those workouts and sweats on bed; you’ll sleep like a baby.”
Kame rolls his eyes “Well, let’s just say I believes your psychology theory…But, why you?”
Such blunt statement might hurt other guys, but Nino is not your typical guy to get discourage over such trivial matter “Let’s go through your list then. I’ll tell you why they are not the right choice.”
Buying some time, Kame crosses his legs gracefully before leaning in. Nino already moves his hand to Kame’s shoulder, making small circles using his stubby fingers.
“Well, how about any of KAT-TUN members?” Kame plays along.
“That would be the worst choice. What you need right now is no-string-attach relationship, friends with benefit. Fucking your band-mates will just make things complicated. I thought you already learn your lesson from Akame scandal” Nino hit a direct spot, making Kame bits his lips in annoyance. “Besides, no offence, but I doubt any of your members could give you the satisfaction you needed.”
“How about NEWS then?” Kame quickly changes the subject.
Nino let out an evil laughter “Kids.” He shakes his head and continues “Except Yamapi and Ryo, the rest are too immature for your taste. Believe me. Besides, why are you even considering them when you can get me; an Arashi.”
Kame is having a hard time to maintain a straight face “Putting you and Arashi aside, so you agree Yamapi and Ryo are a good choice then?”
“Well, base on your history, getting involve with Yamapi will only bring you trouble. You might get too attach to him. As for Ryo, that guy might not be too kind for your ego. He can be really blunt sometimes” he further explains with such air of confidence.
“How about Kanjani8?” Kame suggests nonchalantly.
“Oh my god, how could you even suggest them?” his exclaims exaggeratedly.
“Huh?”
Nino waves his hand in the air “I don’t even want to explain it.”
Kame sighs deeply before facing Nino directly “So, base on that, I gather you are saying Arashi is the best option.”
But to his surprise, Nino shakes his head denying the answer “No, no, no. I’m not saying Arashi is the best option for you. I’m saying ‘I AM’ your best choice.”
“You are really full of yourself aren’t you” he’s amused.
“Well, just for the fun of it, let’s go through one by one then” Nino snuggles closer; ignoring the stares and unwanted gossip such sight will create later. “First, there’s Ohno. He’s definitely not for you.”
“And why is that” Kame query almost too excitedly.
“Well, he’s a bit mild in bed. Might not be helpful in getting you to sleep later” he let out his devilish chuckles.
“And you know this from~” Kame raises his brows again.
“Tsk tsk… Well, Akame is not the only golden pair in JE you know” he replies with a knowing sparkle in his eyes. Then he continues again “And there’s Aiba. He’s not that bad, but not that great either.”
Kame purses his lips “How about Sho-kun then?”
“He’s straight” Nino replies a bit too quickly.
Knowing he will not get any further than that, Kame continues again “Is Matsumoto Jun straight as well?”
The older guy almost choke laughing by himself “No, no, no. Jun is definitely gay.”
“Don’t you think he’ll be a suitable choice for me?” Kame query playfully.
“Not really. Unless you enjoy masturbating” Nino adds with a smirk.
“Excuse me…” he says in deep frown.
“Well, the two of you are so similar; it would be scary if you guys hook up. It’s like making love to yourself. I know you are self-centered, and simply love yourself, but don’t you think that’s a tad too much?” Nino speaks with all sense of justice and conviction.
Kame heaves deeply “So I guess the only suitable choice is you.”
Nino replies with a firm nod and a soft squeeze on Kame’s shoulder.
“Hmm, let’s just say I give in to this theory. I get my confidence back, a good shack and proper sleep. What do you get out of this?” Kame looks deep into those clear dazzling brown eyes.
Nino leans closer and whispers “You.” Then slowly he pulls back and returns Kame’s stares.
They stay in silence for a short while, deep in their own thoughts. Then suddenly Kame stood up and straightens his back “I finish work at 9pm.” With that, he turns around and walks straight ahead.
Abruptly Nino gets to his feet and shouts “I forgot to tell you. For the theory to works, it may need more than 1 session.”
Kame didn’t even bother to look back, waving his hand in dismiss.
Nino on the other hand is smiling brightly as he stares at his wrist watch wishing the time will fly faster.
