Light a candle
I think I may have mentioned this family when discussing perspective--there is a single Mom who shares one bedroom of a two bedroom apartment (the other room occupied by a roommate) with her four sons--twin 6 year olds, a 7 year old, and her 10 month old baby who is waiting for an intestinal and liver transplant at UCLA. She just called me to ask me to take care of her three older boys because UCLA thinks they may have a donor for the baby.
The procedure is intense, and the odds are very difficult to face. In whatever way you believe, please put this baby and this family in your heart and mind over the next few days. If I hear anything, I will post an update.
