Thanks to help from a Facebook friend of mine, I now no longer have to use the Windows side of my laptop with my Nook, eliminating the last reason I had left to use the Windows side! Now I can use Ubuntu exclusively, at least on my laptop. Home PC is still Windows only ( Read more... )

I need a simple, easy to understand explanation of how to mount a Windows formatted partition in Ubuntu.

My laptop is dual-boot, having on it both Windows 7 and Ubuntu. I prefer Ubuntu. It's faster by far. I'm writing this from the Windows side, only because I'm letting it install updates.
