Headphones for the deaf

With a few deaf characters in my Ravenstone stuff, I can't believe it took me this long to wonder if there are headphones for deaf people, especially since Chooli isn't fully deaf. Looked it up, and there are indeed headphones designed to let deaf people feel different aspects of music.
