Good evening, Everyone!
Wow--it's almost been an entire week since I posted the last journal here! I apologize for that, but I just haven't found time/haven't found anything TOO interesting that's been happening around here. I guess that I /could/ say that I've been doing a lot more teaching and learning new programs to teach the past few days. Staring June 15th, there's going to be a whole new set of programs, and I get to be the first one to teach one of them. Yay :P *sarcasm* But I really am still loving my job and working for the wolves~~
I got to meet them on Sunday, which was utterly amazing. And by "meet" them, I mean I actually met (and pet!!) them through the fence :D It was really quiet and personal, and despite all the bugs, it was incredible to experience. I'm hoping to have more times like that, though I don' t know when I'll get the chance with all the working I'll be doing!
I went and played soccer on Tuesday in the field outside where I live. I think they mentioned something about creating a "team" of sorts, so that's something I might do just to get myself a little more "active" each week. An hour and a half of straight soccer surrounded by bugs and slipping and sliding in mud is a great way to do that. Believe me :P As for the rest of the week I've been very much of a bum. Reading my book that's taken me TWO YEARS to read--and what I am doing now? Watching Ouran Host Club Outtakes. XD; Gah Aaron Dismuke--why did you have to become even MORE of my favorite voice actor when you grew older??
That's partically the reason behind the title this time--And the fact that I was a dork and got an Autograph from Dave Mech today (the same Wolf Biologist I mentioned earlier in my Journal). He remembered my name and everything--even put a little personal message up there! I've been getting some good feedback lately and I really believe that what I'm doing here is making a difference in people's lives and for wolves--even if it's just for a short while. That idea will certainly be tested in the upcoming weeks as things start to fly. Oh yes indeed~
Anyway, not much more to say aside from I pray everyone is well and if anything else happens I'll update!
