new idea for 2009

ever notice how different situations involving friends and family seem to arise, but there is no easy or effective way of addressing the issue? or you have an idea of how to approach the issue, but can't seem to find the way to say what you want to say? i think i've come up with an idea of how to remedy the situation

i think this is an excellent idea!!!
i doubt you'd be able to sell them at CVS though...haha
