Has anyone ever bought from Carmakoma?

I'm contemplating purchasing from Carmakoma but I don't have any experience buying clothing online, much less from foreign places. Do you think it'll be no fuss for me to order from the website because I live in the U.S.A. or anything like that? Also, has anyone ever made a purchase from the place, if so, would you recommend it? How do they fit, are they comfortable?

Note that I'm 5'8 and my size is a US 18/20, breast size is a 38C, and my body isslightly pear-shaped body.
