OOTBD, plus I need help!
Hey kids, this is what wore on my 26th birthday. I was hoping to wear something is a little more fabulous, but what with the negative wind chill and foot deep snow, I had to modify.

Xhileration leggings
J-Shoes Empire boots...these boots, seriously the greatest thing ever.
Not pictured: Hanes cami-bra, hacking wet cough, hoarse man-voice.
So I have a fancy dinner party to go to in two and a half weeks. I really like this dress and have yet to wear it out, but for the past two weeks and for the next two weeks, we're expecting single-digit temperatures and even more snow, plus, I'm pretty cold most of the time, so I'd like something to wear over it as needed in the restaurant.
So I'm in need of a sweater, leg coverings, and shoes (because I have none that work...I just threw these on for the photo). Ideas?
The dress is a bit weird because it's thin so a lot of things tend to show through, even with a slip on.
