Sports bras in Seattle....

Jun 09, 2009 20:33

Where in Seattle can I buy a solid sports bra for my giant boobs? (40DDD)  I'm used to wearing a sports bra over my regular bra to hold them somewhat in place, but I can't find mine and can't work out without one :(

Thanks!!

The best best best sports bra I've ever found I got online. There may be a local place that carries it. Oop, yes there is: I bought mine online from Title Nine and they have a location in Seattle.

They call it the Last Resort Bra. It is the Enell bra. It is the only product Enell makes, I believe. And it is freaking amazing.
Yes, it's a masher-- it's a uniboob machine. But it's decent wicking fabric. It's not cute. But it's comfortable. And it's like not having boobs. If you want to work out and not clock yourself in the teeth with your tits, it is The Bra.

I am a 32JJ and I wear their size 2. I squoosh out the top and sides a tiny bit, but not much. And I don't bounce. Ever. I wear it whenever I want a little vacation from my boobs. A 40DDD would wear their size 4, though as with many sports bras, for more support go down a size, for less go up a size. (The size 3 seemed OK when I tried it on, until I jumped up and down in it. Whoop!)

Mostly Title Nine is eh, overpriced workout clothes for skinny yuppies, but that bra is awesome. They have a few DDD/E options, more than they did when I first bought that bra, so there might even be more than one option for you.

yes to the Enell! Best freaking sports bra ever.

If you can go on-line, you can usually find one on eBay for a lot cheaper than the $65-$70 something they are retail.
