So, my life has been undergoing some changes lately, and as I reflect upon this change, I realize that there is more in store in the alteration process

As far as time managment skills go, all I can say is set an agenda each day and stick to it. Also, don't be afraid to be meticulous about things. There have actually been times when I even planned what time I was going to take a shit. Being that anal can be a very positive thing. hasta.

Hey.... maybe depending on what kind of class you are taking and where it is, I could take it with you? I'd like to do photography classes or even art class depending on what it is. I've wanted to take some continuing education classes for a long time, but not having a car w/ Matt's schedule has made it pretty much impossible. I know there's a lot of those kind of things in this area (like down at Greenway Plaza). So if you decide you want a friend along I'd be up for it. =)
I need to start seriously working on my writing myself. I plan on it as soon as I get this next comic book done.
Time management tip: Learn what you can realistically do in X amount of time, get a daily planner and schedule what you want to get done every day. Force yourself to get in the habit of sticking to it. If you have unfinished stuff come the weekend, finish it before you let yourself go play. And learn not to procrastinate or goof off too much. Make good habits and it takes care of itself. =)
I might have to take you up on that offer Jin. I'd really like to take a photography or art class. I think that Rice offers a really excellent photography course for continuing ed at a discounted cost, but I bet it is still expensive. Greenway Plaza could work.
As for time management, that's excellent advice. I tend to just go with the flow, and I think that's why I haven't really done any of the things that I would like to accomplish thus far.
Photography would be my first choice. I'd at least like to learn the basics. =)
Keeping a schedule/planner has another benefit I forgot to mention... not only do I schedule my work in it, but I use it as a To Do list, so even if it's something small I just need to remember, I can make sure it gets done by writing it in.
yeah, I would like to learn the basics of photography as well, as up to this point all have done is goof around with the digital camera.
a schedule planner would probably be good...I have a hard time keeping up with those things though. I might need to get a palm pilot because I would feel guilty if I didn't use it :).
