No, not mine. While I'm ambivalent about the value of many of the author's other RftG strategy articles (no mention of using Explore to leech Develop/Settle!), this one is solid, and had a few items that I hadn't thought of or forgot.
Boiled down:
* Assess the relative advantage of your choices
* Position yourself to take advantage of others' calls
* Don't become predictable while you're still vulnerable
* Pressure develop/settle when you discover opponents hands lack the corresponding cards or when you have an above average hand in those cards
* Cycle consume/trade and leech develop/settle, in order to maintain card advantage
