That or EMRTC really flubbed up something and caused the house to shake unbelieveably like an earthquake. Which I doubt this time given the pre-tremor foo that I blamed on a train at the time. We shall see. Whee.

So while taking a break from packing, I was paging through Snopes.com archives and happened to stumble upon this link. It is a wonderful look into what happens when the KKK applies for an "adopt a highway" program... and gets assigned to: Rosa Parks Highway.

Old news--but still good news

I have officially made it back down to under 160lbs as of this morning! That means that I have lost over 10 lbs since I started actually watching what I eat and over 20lbs since I was out in San Francisco.
