Just hung out with facklemuffin. I forced made him watch some Loveless with me. AS EXPECTED, his favorite character was Yuiko...I had a feeling! XD So we originally were going to Block Island today but that was rescheduled for this Friday (or maybe we'll just go to the beach? Yey beaches!). O VIOLENT TORRENT! *splish splash* I love the beach but sometimes I get sunsick... *worry*;;
My keyboard has little bits of fur on it because of making my Ritsuka ears. Oh cosplay, so many things I sacrifice for you.;;;;;; Any suggestions for the best way of cleaning a laptop keyboard (And screen for that matter!!!)? Just curious because I've always been using a damp paper towel...but maybe there's a better way. o-o!!! So, hayy guys? :DDDD
Anyway onto my happy!Ritsuka ears, I made a new pair but they're irritating me. They look like this...
Which I'm told look fine and cute but I want to make them wider... because Kouga is inconsistent with her drawings, some look thinner than the others. I want to try making them wider (rather fix how thin they are now, but keeping the length the same) and see which one looks the best of the two. ^_~
I applied for a credit card last week. o_o Whoa. Am I ready for that? Who knows. It's frightening but I need to build credit (god, I hate money, period). Sigh.
Good news is that I'm not going to buy a new car and can keep the money I've been saving? Hurrah? ♥ Apparently I'm getting my older sister's car instead and she's getting a new one... ok, fine with me as long as it runs fine and doesn't catch fire. ;;;;
God I hate working Mondays at my job because that's the worst possible day for hospitals. You always get people coming in who put it off until they have to go back to work (Monday starts the work day). Urp. So almost always it's hectic from start of my shift to end (which usually means I stay late too, to pick up the pieces)...;;;
I still haven't colored my artwork from when I visited noetma for Otakon. LE SIGH. I have them all scanned, too. Maybe I'll get around to it.
