*hugs* it was a rather great feeling to add up my word count and see how close I got to my target (which was quite ambitous). Here's hoping I get to the 100k mark this year, with more orginal fics thrown in for good measure.

Though I have ideas for DW and TW fics at the moment. Still plugging away on that DW fic that isn't cooperating, and have just had an idea for an Eleven/Jack fic inspired by my fill for the cold prompt at who_contest. Set during the time Eleven was alone and running from his death, and having him run into Jack a few more times...Jack being stubborn, Eleven persistent...*ponders*

I have been keeping track of it on and off throughout the year, I find it tends to spur me on to write more. I hadn't looked at it since it was at around 60 odd k though, so it was a nice suprise.

I wrote the fic for the cold prompt last night, and while I checked over it before posting, the idea for Eleven/Jack popped into my head as a follow on to it. I have already started on it. Though I have no idea how to write Jack...fortunately he probably won't say much for the first few meetings, strangely it will be the Doctor trying to reconnect..all angsty of course...
