Today I was covering for a K teacher I visited on Monday. I had met the kids so it made things much easier. The day went off splendidly. I had our timing and pacing nearly flawless and the only thing we didn't do (draw pictures of a moose) could easily be done tomorrow in about 20 minutes ... yes, I know that seems like a lot of time for Ks to draw ( Read more... )

I applied for a French Immersion K position that starts tomorrow ... haven't heard anything yet. Now I have to leave for my PM TOC job not knowing. I think I'll be bad and leave my cell phone on just in case (and change my cell phone message to say I'll call right back).

I'm glad I decided not to go to the demo last night (despite my nagging guilt at not showing up) because on the way home to meet lumberchef at the 4 Mile, I came down with a debilitating migraine.
