Couture Spring 2006: Jean Paul Gaultier

Gaultier's showing was excellent; this time his globe-traveling muse plopped him down in Greece, and his collection showcased many aspects of ancient Grecian dress. Metallic glints shone throughout, although not always in the best of taste.






Light and gauzy with gorgeous pleats:

More pleats in brighter tones, and the fantastic shoes that came along:




Not too sure that I can see this brown emsemble without giggling. It's just so...so...you tell me.


If only she had more spangles, she'd be a Vegas showgirl!
