I must be nuts...
To get the relaxation I need, and to just totally get away from things here at home and work. I've planned myself a little one day get away. And this is just no drive down to Indy (Indianapolis for those non-Hoosiers) and go shopping. No this is basically me going to work Monday morning about 7:30 and working till 3:30 at the latest and then driving down to the airport and catching a flight out to Las Vegas at 6:30 and staying out there from midnight till about 8:30. I know it's a quick in and out deal, but I've never been to Vegas and I want to see the sights out there and just totally get away from things here. So yes it's quick, but I'll do what I want, relax in a couple casinos (maybe drop a couple dollars only in the slots (who knows might get lucky)), then come back home and go back to work on Thursday. It'll be fun, and it's what I want to do. And to make it all the more sweet, I booked the flight this evening and it's only costing me $155 round-trip.
