Wierd thoughts

As I lay here tyring to ger to sleep, I have had the wiredest thoughts cross my mind. Today I went into to work to getmy vacation pay for various reasons. WhileI was there earlierI was asked a question concerning the job, and I now find myself combining the present with the past. To clarify I was asked something concering a preparation item an das I lya here I find I am remmebereing the way things would be over a year ago combined with now.Why does this happen at times I wonder?

Thoughts anyone?
