Oh, yeah, and I finally got around to coming out to my parents
It went something like this:
'Hi mother dearest. I'm a lesbain.'
'Oh, thats nice, dear'
except for being long, and agonising, and involving a lot more talking, and even more silence (counting as only the second time in my life I've actually rendered my mothr speachless for a decernable amount of time) ... and well, OK, basically, nothing like that really.
But its done, so no one need feel like they have to keep any big secrets on my behalf any more. Tis done.
