Owning the purple toothbrush.
I never got to own the purple toothbrush before. I'd buy the pack, and Conor would always go straight for the purple one, thats if Una didn't grab it first. So I'd end up with the green one, or worse still, yellow.
I left my toothbrush in Theresa's over the weekend, so today I finally remembered to buy a new one.
I bought the PURPLE one
and bounced all the way home,
and felt like such an emancipated rebel,
... which I'm sure some psycoanalyst somewhere would tell me is the 'wrong' response from a mother to her darling son moving out, and it doesn't mean that I don't still miss him, it just means that
I OWN THE PURPLE TOOTHBRUSH! Yeah!
