In denial that I still have reading to do and listening to the intensely vulgar argument somewhere in my building, I've decided to journal while listening to the Backstreet Boys. Oh how wonderful...
We are going to Prague this weekend and I am just soo excited! I am not stressed about it at all either like I usually am about traveling. It's nice. I even got a majority of my Christmas shopping done this evening! It was quite wonderful to just wander around Lugano, visiting all the little shops I normally don't get the chance to visit, or just to wander the department stores and be in the shopping spirit. I'm so excited!!!
My FRIENDS Night this weekend was quite splendid. It made me a wee bit more homesick though. We watched the final episode all teary eyed with happiness, and it was just the perfect start to a long week! We decorated for Christmas this weekend as well! It's perfect. So homey, so happy, so lovely, I hope it snows soon! I haven't been the biggest fan of the cold this year, but I would like to see some snow.
I got the most wonderful messages from friends these past few days. It's not an all too often thing, but when they take the time to write letters of meaningful comments, it really makes my day! I wish I could see some when I go home, but they go home too. And the others, I just can't wait to see!! I wish I were home longer...but it will be worth it! It means so much to be able to keep in such close contact with these people over the years. I feel like they would be lost without myspace and email.
