I understand there are several pockets of passengers from the same world--obviously my kind aren't the only ones with more than one soul chosen for supposed rescue

Do you think it is coincidence? The fact that all those from my world are so clearly connected more or less proves the idea we were selected by chance to be false.
I do not know, Razer. After all, I am not from your world, or his, or anyone else in that category. Again, I do not recognize any form of possible connection the three from Hyrule can attribute to a singular entity.
I think it is possible and that being such, it should not be ruled out or considered improbable.
Any connection I hold with those from my world I would define under the same terms as "fate" or "destiny". While I did not know of them, it would seem both knew of me. I knew not of either until they each came aboard and even then, I know them only by name and only by logical conclusion can draw upon my theories over how they should or could potentially act.
[She's less than comfortable to think of things that way.]
If so, it is less than intentional. I did not ask for such a position, and it is only a result of being a part of their history, rather than their present.
[That's not true. Zelda's always convincing herself that she and Jak aren't alike. She doesn't really need someone else showing her and telling her otherwise.]
I suppose I can consider your words valid. We do have some similarities and perhaps we never noticed them.
[Razer gives another laugh, lower this time, and his tone is nothing less than pleasantly amused.]
Honestly, I believe all you are missing is the temper.
[Blond-haired blue-eyed royal historical figures from worlds populated almost entirely--but not quite--by elves that usually call themselves something else. And those are just the parts Razer knows about.]
Jak is angry enough for the both of us, just as I am compassionate enough for the both of us. In that aspect, we are alike and opposing. Perhaps it is the opposition that attracts one to the other.
I try not to find the logic in it after failing to do so for quite some time.
[Logic in love seems to destroy the magic of it all. Zelda's a bit of a romantic and has a difficult time wanting to release that side of her. She can take things for what she sees them as, until she's proven wrong. Razer certainly has brought up a very good point, though.]
Opposites can create some brilliant sparks, that I will not deny.
[Razer doesn't do love--no, really, shut up--and most certainly isn't a romantic. So he sticks to pointing out the silly obvious things in other people's relationships.]
I do worry, however, that in the case of you two, those sparks may eventually cause something to explode.
I cannot say I share in that. Those from my home world are not connected by simply one particular person. That I am aware of.
You mean to say you think such for you is more than simply coincidence?

More like Jak than you know, hm?

[She's not amused, Razer.]

It explains why you and he were drawn to one another, at least.
[It also might explain what Erol sees in you. On some level.]

[You know, for once she's inclined to agree with you and not actually mind it.]
I have considered that. Jak knows I am willing to face that if necessary. I have faith in him also.
