I understand there are several pockets of passengers from the same world--obviously my kind aren't the only ones with more than one soul chosen for supposed rescue.
The strange thing is, not all of us know one another. Well, no, I suppose that alone is not strange, but the fact that some of us have never met and yet we all have a rather clear connection is.
Everyone here from my planet is acquainted, and most of us quite well, with one specific person on this ship.

I think about half of us have slept with him--or will at some point in our respective timelines.
...Regardless, this realization has made me curious. Are there any similar connections on this ship? Are any of you other pockets connected not only by your world or your species, but by one particular person?
It makes one wonder if, perhaps, we were chosen based on this connection rather than any other prerequisites. I suppose the only one who would know that is the great Captain Redd, of course, but it is worth contemplating.
