Rewatch. A movie about a talking dog and his friend. While, Fred, Daphne and Velma have major roles, the focus is on the focus is on Shaggy and Scooby Doo and their friendship. Dick Dastardly makes for a very effective villain. 8.6/10.

While Fred, Daphne and Velma are in the film, the focus is on Shaggy and Scooby Doo and their friendship, with Blue Falcon and Dyno Mutt sort of pushing the rest of Mystery Incorporated to the side.
