3 Jan (2011)--On the four-year anniversary of his death on the island, Faramir is much more at ease with things. Speaks with
Kerai, who isn't into Christmas either, and
Eowyn, who has had a fall out jogging. Faramir carries her back to her room--not because she can't make it on her own, but because it's faster, honest.
11 Jan--Sees
Draco working on something at the cafe. It turns out he's looking for potential dates for his friend Meg Giry. Faramir is interested, understanding that this might be better for him than other options, being more formal.
17 Jan--Newly-arrived
Mark Hoffman is covered in blood and Faramir has an idea of what arriving like that in the winter is like. (Unfinished.)
19 Feb--In the library,
Tiffany Aching is studying cooking. Faramir helps explain a few things like borrowing books and photocopying recipes, and learns that she can't accept money. Should it come to late books, they'll work something out.
21 Feb--Meets
Billy Croelick out on the beach. Calls Faramir 'Goldilocks' and it's pretty clear to Faramir that Billy's White Tree has long ago died and not been replaced. (Unfinished?)
26 Feb--First (and so far only) date with
Meg Giry. They go to dinner (Muriel's in New Orleans) and Faramir is pleased at the village's selection. (Unfinished due to busy mun.) It goes well.
10 March--Meets
Anne Boleyn doing historical research at the library and does know the name. He can reassure her that history speaks kindly of her (though he thinks little of Henry VIII as a man, personally.)
10 March--Sees
Velma Kelly who has only been in the village for a week and isn't used to people being so friendly. Oops.
Don't have the brain for this right now.
