Honestly, where does the time go?
Let's see. The 2010 edition of Tour de France is in the history books. Lance didn't get number eight, but he really showed a lot of character riding for the team. And in their first Tour de France as a team, RadioShack did very well, winning the Team GC competition. The black kits they wore on the podium in Paris looked awesome and were for a great cause, raising awareness for and promoting the work of the Livestrong foundation.
Viggo has finished principle photography for a new film about Sigmund Freud and his student, Carl Jung. And Michael Fassbender plays Jung to Viggo's Freud. Viggo and Michael in the same movie. Yeah, baby!!
Mads was promoting "Coco Chanel and Igor Stravinsky" and has begun filming the new remake of "The Three Musketeers". He plays Rochefort! And I cannot wait to see this one! I've loved just about every version of the Dumas classic. And with Mads in it I am SO THERE!
My newest love, James Murray, is now a regular on the new CBS series, Chaos. JM in my living room every week for 13 weeks. Can we say, "Squeeeeeeeeee!!!" There were a few tense weeks after the network passed on the series for their new fall schedule. Apparently buzz about the show kept hopes alive for pick-up as a mid-season replacement. CBS went for it, asked for an additional five eps, and all the actors in the pilot resigned for the show (except Stephen Rea). Speaking of buzz, it was all good about JM's work on the show and several Hollywood talent agencies were out to sign him. He signed with UTA. Can more American TV and movie roles be far behind? Oh, baby!
It's kinda weird. I'm jotting down notes for Chaos fanfic, and there aren't even any cast photos or video clips out yet.
So, today wasn't a fun day at work. It's been a hard week, in fact. On the flip side I made a collage that turned out well. I wrote a poem. And I took some pretty good photos for my various Facebook albums.
