I'm wildly enthusiastic about the responsiveness to the Brave New Ship challenge so far - 7 entries. We've got a Niki/Bennet entry! Now there's something I never expected to see.
And Sylar/Hiro *morally grey squee!* - Determination by
entangled_now - funny and great and lovely characterization.
Hiro is a spanner thrown in the great machine of fate, apologising and killing people in utterly ineffective ways, and managing to make even the most perfect of scenarios a muddle of chaos. The fact that he'd been given the power to manipulate time and space...is unbearably appropriate.
Reeeeeaad it.
And we're planning a Almost Totally Random Pairing Generator drabble challenge when the member count hits 100 (it's 93 at the moment). I'm thinking - make a master post, with people commenting to get a random prompt from TEH MODS MWAHAHA, then respond with the drabble and add three prompts of their own for others to tag in. Does that sound... sane doable?
And I really, really should be studying for an evil final of doom (though not as doomful as the next one, good to know there's something to look forward to), but I also started on a Claude/Bennet ficlet that has rookie!Bennet naked and handcuffed to a bed (that might have been ripped off inspired by a certain scene on a certain show), so...
