im crazy.
This Saturday is BP (Berkeley Project) Day--- about 1000 students are involved in local service projects for about 6 hours for community improvement... I signed up and will be doing some painting/ gardening for a center for deafness with about 10 other people. I'm reallly excited about this. I really do not know why! But I am.
PLUS we have veteran's day off... which means maybe I can for once try starting my weekend on Thursdayyy... normally the 8 am Friday labs are enough to discourage any such thing :P
So yay, hooray!
Next semester I am currently signed up for:
Physics 7a (plus lab AND discussion)
Chemistry 1b (plus lab)
Spanish 24 (a seminar about Sor Juana Inez de la Cruz)
Low-Intermediate Jazz!! (waitlisted, aww. That would be soo fun)
And hoping to also get:
Molecular & Cellular Biology 90A (realllly awesome sounding neurobiology seminar)
Math 54 (linear algebra, yay)
I am steadily becoming a science geek.
Today I interviewed Mimi Koehl (biophysics/ integrative bio prof) about her writing (for my College Writing class)... okay it was awesome. I should have had more questions but she had soo much to say it went fast! Very cool.
Socially is meh. I <3 my choir pallies... last night I FINALLLY got to see more HOUSE... but I really have been trying to get things done / have been sick / made myself sleep and haven't been too social.
BUT a long weekend.... joy!
