Am right damn depressed atm. No idea why, but I'm just feel hopeless and am crying all over the place for no obvious reasons. Everythings just turned to shit and I don't want to do it anymore. I don't want to talk to anybody about it, I just wanna be left alone.

I just want to give up and why can't I.

Have had the most *wonderful* of 3 to4 days. Tuesday night my arm bleeds after dialysis, so as a precaution mum and I went to emergency, they stupidly put a tourniquet to stop it bleeding, as each time they took the bandage off I spurted blood.
