27 Things to Do in Nine Months: July 15, 2021 to April 14, 2022: Healthy Living

In dry weather, walk outside everyday. Try for at least 750 steps. Post steps once a week.

Well, I've slipped up on the reporting, but I did mostly put in the work on this goal in July.

I got off to the slowest of starts. I am sure that on July 15, 16, and 17 I must have gotten out of bed but never put together enough consequetive steps for them to register on my cell phone. For the rest of July, I did do some walking every day; any day that I exceeded 2,000 steps, I walked at least a quarter mile although that is still not much to write home about.

Tomorrow I want to post the few days left in July and all of August. It got a little crazier in August. FanSee
