Chapter: 1
Pairing: Kyuhyun/Sungmin, slight Yewook
Warning: Incest (not blood related though), probably a lot of grammar errors

Disclaimer: Some scenes aren't mine. I got them from a manga. I forget what the title is, but the author is Yagami Chitose if I'm not mistaken. Credits to her :3

A/N: I'm trying to write another chaptered fic, despite my lack of time. I don't know if I can continue it soon, so, forgive me >.<

'Sometimes you’re funny, Hyung. Why would you look at the clock on the wall while you have your pink hello kitty watch on your left wrist?''>
POV: No one

“Hyung... Hyung, what’s wrong?” Kyuhyun knocked the closet, worried.

“Don’t come in, Kyuhyunnie. If you open it, a monster will eat you! Understand?!” His hyung shouted. “If you do understand, go away!”

Kyuhyun pouted. He became sad if his hyung yelled at him like that.

-

Kyuhyun yawned as he turned off his alarm. He was still so sleepy because he’d been playing Starcraft until late. But before he was completely awake, suddenly he felt some weigh beneath his blanket. Kyuhyun couldn’t help but scream when the ‘thing’ moved and attacked him.

“Sungmin Hyung!! What the hell are you doing on my bed?”
“Hihi, good morning, Kyu!”
“Get out of my bed now!”

Sungmin pouted. “I’m just finding another way to wake you up, you know? Ah, by the way, why did you keep calling my name in your sleep?”

“I didn’t!”
“You sounded lonely.”
“I didn’t!! And I wasn’t lonely at all.”

Sungmin chuckled as Kyuhyun walked sleepily, bumped the bathroom’s door, and then entered it with eyes still half closed.

Actually, they weren’t blood-related siblings. When Sungmin was four, his father came home with a little boy named Kyuhyun. Kyuhyun’s parents, who were Sungmin’s parents’ best friends, died in an accident. Sungmin’s parents decided to adopt the poor boy and so they lived all together until now.

Sungmin and Kyuhyun were playing near the fish pond. The elder noticed that his dongsaeng’s eyes were teary.

“What happened, Kyu? Did you hurt yourself?” Sungmin quickly examined Kyuhyun’s ankle, arm, and face.

The boy shook his head. “My parents... where are they?” He cried.

The elder extended his arm and wrapped Kyuhyun in a warm embrace. “Here, I’ll explain to you. Starting from today, I’ll become your hyung. We’re family.”

“Hyung?”
“Yeah. My dongsaeng...”

Sungmin naughtily unlocked the bathroom with a hairpin and entered it silently. But too bad Kyuhyun noticed his presence and shouted through the shower glass. “HYUNG!! GET OUT!”

“What? I’m just looking after my sweet dongsaeng!” Sungmin pouted. Kyuhyun began throwing bottles of shampoo and the evil elder just ran away while laughing.

“Sungmiiinn, if you keep bothering Kyuhyun around like that, he can’t get a girlfriend!” Their mom scolded jokingly as she prepared breakfast for them. Sungmin only scoffed.

The said younger came not long after, hair wet and face showing huge annoyance. Sungmin stared at him long. Girlfriend, huh? Somehow, Sungmin didn’t like the idea ‘Kyuhyun having a girlfriend’. He himself didn’t know why he became over protective over Kyuhyun recently. Maybe because the sweet little Kyu who used to follow him around had changed into a hot gorgeous guy?

Sungmin’s eyes travelled all over Kyuhyun’s body. Kyuhyun was two years younger but now he was ten centimetres taller. He was lanky, in exact opposite with Sungmin who was slightly chubby.

“Why are you staring at me like that? It’s creepy,” Kyuhyun gulped his chocolate milk and munched the sandwich.

“I’m not staring at you. I’m looking at the clock!” Sungmin excused, embarrassed.

“Sometimes you’re funny, Hyung. Why would you look at the clock on the wall while you have your pink hello kitty watch on your left wrist?”

“Aaah, shut up!” Kyuhyun would never get a girlfriend, Sungmin gave a mental opinion. No matter how handsome he looked, no one could bear his annoying stubborn true self.

-

Unlike Kyuhyun, Sungmin went to all-boys school, because it was the only good school which majored in music in the town. He had always dreamt to be a musician, so he thought it was okay to give up his love life during high school. But apparently, he found out later that it was a bad decision.

“Minnie!” Ryeowook and Yesung welcomed Sungmin way so excitedly. “Guess what? We are now together!” They said in the same time, arms around each other.

The school consisted of 90% gays, including his best friends. The straight Sungmin later couldn’t help but turn away from the right path too. Not that Sungmin had dated a guy, it was just... he could no longer see girls as possible persons to be loved.

“Oh, finally! I’m sick of you two acting shy and jealous over nothing all this time! So, treat me!”

“Fine, fine, just because you are our bestest friends and indirectly you contributed in our relationship too!” Yesung smacked Sungmin’s shoulder way too powerfully. The poor guy only hissed. “Yah, why don’t you get yourself a guy too? We can double date, you know?” Ryeowook giggled at the idea.

“Nobody worth enough, that’s all.”
“Not even Siwon? Hangeng? Come on Min, this school is full of hot gay guys!”
“But they two dated Heechul already.” The boy excused.
“Kibum?” Ryeowook also suggested.

“What? You think Kibum’s hot? But I am still hotter, right?!” Yesung glared at his new boyfriend.

Ryeowook nodded apathetically and Sungmin felt the need to puke. They were busy mentioning hot guys at the school and when the school bell rang, they went to their own classes which were all separated. The idea of getting Sungmin a boyfriend was soon forgotten, and the boy was relieved for that.

-

It was already five when Sungmin got home. He was so tired after practising with his band, SRY. SRY was a band consisted of Yesung as the vocalist, Ryeowook the keyboardist, and Sungmin himself the guitarist. But sometimes they performed featuring Siwon as the drummer, or Donghae as the guitarist and Sungmin became a bassist, or other students who majored at singing to duet with Yesung. The band was very popular, even known in other schools.

“I’m home...” Sungmin placed his shoes on the shelf and headed to the stair, not bothering to take a bath first. He really needed his comfy pink bed now.

Bruk! His body collided with someone’s and he fell back, hitting the floor. Sungmin was ready to yell when he realized he just bumped Kyuhyun who was bringing drinks. The plastic glass fell and the orange juice soaked the younger’s clothes.

“Ah, I’m sorry, Kyu! Are you okay?”

“I’m fine. How about you? Does it hurt? Hyung fell quite hard.” Kyuhyun gave a hand for Sungmin to help him stand up. “You just arrived home? Have you been practising again?”

Sungmin was confused at the sudden care. He expected Kyuhyun to be mad or something. But he answered anyway, “I’m okay.” Well it was a lie. His back was in pain. “Yeah. The two kept talking during the practice so I added the practice an hour longer. By the way, the juices are for whom?”

“My friends are coming for studying together. Well Hyung, I’ll go clean the clothes and make new drinks now. See you.” Kyuhyun put the falling glasses and wiped the floor with tissues, then walked to the kitchen.

The elder went up the stairs and lied on the bed with uniform and socks still on his body. But suddenly he thought of a naughty idea. The pain on his back and the tiredness he had quickly faded away.

-

“How are you guys doing? Are you studying well?”

“HYUNG!” Kyuhyun screamed as Sungmin suddenly opened his room and came inside. “Get out of my room!”

“Kyuhyun ah, don’t be rude to your brother. Come on Hyung, sit down beside me!” One of Kyuhyun’s friends smiled and pointed at the empty row beside him. Sungmin grinned and sat on the provided spot.

“Wah, it’s an honour to meet Lee Sungmin this closely. I am a fan of SRY!” said the other.
“Hyung is really beautiful, even at home. If you grow your hair long, people must have mistaken you as a girl.”

“Ah, thank you, thank you. I’m very happy SRY is known even until your school.” Sungmin could see how annoyed Kyuhyun was now. But Sungmin was going to add his annoyance much more. “Hey, hey, how is Kyuhyun a school? Is he a bad kid?”

Kyuhyun threw a killing glare but Sungmin tried not to care. “Yes! He often takes my jokes seriously and hit me. I’m so hurt, Hyung...” The boy beside Sungmin pretended to cry, to show as if Kyuhyun had done something very terrible to him.

“Kyuhyun is a bad kid, Sungmin hyung. He plays around beautiful girls everyday. He doesn’t share me even just one. I curse him not to get any girl and be an old alone grandpa!” Another boy also reported. But this time Sungmin wasn’t chuckling anymore. Girls?

“What? I don’t!” Kyuhyun protested, his face reddened.
“Omo, Kyunnie, your face is so red!”
“Just tell the truth to your hyung. You once said that Seohyeon sshi is cool, right?

Seohyeon sshi? Who’s she? But before Sungmin could ask, Kyuhyun had sent him out of the room. “Stop embarrassing me, will you? Now go sleep and have a good rest!”

-

Sungmin did go back to his room but he didn’t sleep like what Kyuhyun told him to do. He didn’t know why he became sad and a bit angry. He desperately wanted to know who was that Seohyeon sshi, who were she to Kyuhyun, and why the snarky boy like Kyuhyun could say that she’s cool.

He reached for his pink guitar and started composing new songs. It was his way to cheer himself up.

“Oh my God, I’m so lucky to hear Sungmin sshi composing a song live.” He heard someone shouted from the next room, but he could careless. Music had absorbed his mind now and nothing could disturb him. Even when Kyuhyun’s friends had gone home, and Kyuhyun came inside his room to check what he was doing, Sungmin didn’t bother to turn even for a second. Kyuhyun smiled seeing his hyung so serious like that.

“Done.” He said quietly as the song finished. He began playing the song full from the beginning and he was satisfied with his work. It was his first time writing sad song. Sound of claps were heard through the walls, making the elder much happier. He then fell asleep, with uniforms and socks still plastered on his body, a guitar still in his hold, and paper full of scratches scattered around the bed.

Kyuhyun came quietly to the unlocked room and giggled. “Such a baby.” The younger collected the papers and put them on the desk. He also took off the pink socks and threw them into the basket. Kyuhyun struggled hard when he tried to take the guitar from Sungmin’s strong hold, but then he managed to do it and put it near the desk. Last, he covered the elder’s sleeping body with the another-pink blanket. “Good night, Hyung.” Kyuhyun planted a soft kiss on Sungmin’s forehead before turning off the lamp and left.
