Ok, fifteen days until Dead To Me officially goes on sale... and frankly I don't think I'll be getting any sleep until then. I gotz the first book jitters.. which means I'm nervous all the time, trying to stay clear of the Amazon Ranking/refresh button disease and failing... anyone care to share their personal woes/ triumphs over prebook launch anxiety?
