(no subject)
i love this song. the other night i played it over and over with the recording...i've listened to it so many times that i can play the 1st and 2nd parts and even the bass and alto flute parts...without being certain what the notes are...it just kinda comes out. i'm surprised i'm not sick of it.
oh but i AM sick.
which sucks a lot because i hafta go to school tomorrow...and survive the weekend...psats, jackson game, work, festival...and i took off of work for sunday. by monday i'm sure i'll be sick as a dog so maybe i can stay home from school and make jadie work for me again.
or maybe i'll just go to school and work. it's not really worth it to stay home since it's -29347237843 degrees in my house.
the rain has not stopped. i love it. i just wish it would thunder and lightning. instead of just...rain.
i had a lesson today...picked out my solo for the recital. it's cute. went through that, played through the other stuff we're playing together as a group, and went through hindemith movements 1,3,4. don't need to know 2 for regions. even though i already know it and we've already gone over it. damn i love that piece...
they filled up the grand canyon in my backyard...probably cause the rain.
ok i really want to play flute but i can't without coughing up a lung. i can't even speak. why do i always lose my voice when i'm sick? it sucks.
