If you're looking for girls, Yukimaru, Ayu, Riku, Momo, Empress Llama and many other moe characters are still free. The chance of them saying yes if you ask them quickly is ~90% success rate, with the exception of Empress Llama, which has a 20% success rate. If you're looking for men, Beat, Kamina, Klavier, etc are still free as well. Success rate depends on approach.

But Ayu might be taken by Damian, so it'd be best to go with the others.
