...and today it’s my turn. All of today’s recs are from Harry Potter, my beloved first and only fandom. Why I fangirl this: What I like most about this story are the characterisations that are as close to canon as is possible in this pairing. Lucius is exactly the arrogant, manipulative bigot we know from the books, and Hermione is as stubborn as ever, so they’re off to a very rocky start when they have to work together. A very nice slow romance develops gradually as both characters are forced to adapt and change.
