Perfectly Fake
Sanji is well aware that Luffy is nothing but an idiot. He never stops to think about the consequences of anything, and he's always considered to be a magnet for trouble. There have never been signs that he has any common sense whatsoever, and he allows his emotions to take over at the worst times.
And so, Sanji is also well aware that he shouldn't ever let anything that Luffy says or does get to him.
But as he sees Luffy try to copy his appearance and his personality, he can't help but falter.
The words that Luffy speaks may sound like what he'd say, but the voice he uses is far too deep and unconvincing.
(He really means to think that this is just like him, that the words spoken are nothing but a joke to everyone, and that the voice is a fraud.)
The curly eyebrow simply doesn't suit Luffy and his overall appearance.
(He really means to think that this is just like him, that it's better off not existing at all.)
Luffy's left eye is still visible, and that is unacceptable if he wishes to make a decent imitation.
(He really means to think that this is just like him, that he wishes to see the entire world instead of half of it through only his right eye, but he can't because his sins won't allow him to.)
The smoking pose isn't complete, because there is no cigarette and Luffy's fingers aren't where they're supposed to be.
(He really means to think that this is just like him, that nothing is whole and everything is just so out of place and undeserving of a true home, a fulfilling life.)
Everything is wrong. Everything is so very wrong--and it's sickening.
(He really means to think that this is just like him, that everything is right. Everything is so very right--and it frightens him.)
So he turns around and walks away without saying or doing anything, thinking that no one will notice that he's gone, because a fake is already present.
