Friday Five
Okay, so technically I'm a few minutes too late to make it in time for Friday, but oh well. I'm gonna do it anyway.
1. Spent all week working on chapter 2 for Dreamwalker, but I've finally finished it and revised it to a point where I feel happy enough to move on to the next one. For some strange reason though, even though I have a playlist for Dreamwalker, it appears I can only write in Rider's POV if I'm listening to Daughtry instead even though their songs don't fit my book very well.
2. For the second week in a row, I've got a clean house. Or, that is to say, I have half a clean house but tomorrow the other half *will* get cleaned too. I'm on a roll!
3. We got a wii fit with the Christmas money we were given and I have to say, I really like it. Not only does it give me a nice change since I was getting bored with my old exercise routine, but I've finally found a video game where I can get more high scores than my husband. There are very few activities on there that I haven't beaten him at. Which of course he doesn't like one bit. But we're not competitive against each other. No way.
4. The cold and snow can go away now. Thank you. I'm ready for spring.
5. I have to say, even though I didn't make any resolutions (I tend to psych myself out when I do and cave under all the pressure) I do like where I'm at so far in the year. Most of the things I've been wanting to improve on, I'm already making good progress with. Hopefully I can keep it up.
