Have any of you heard about a new law going into effect next month that requires all children's clothing, toys, and books to be test for lead before they can be sold? And apparently sale of books for children 12 and under will be banned unless they've been tested and have a lead-free certificate and that all books existing prior to this will not be grandfathered in.
