The Perk [Sunday evening]
Anakin had been on the island in the morning for something completely unrelated to alternate universe children (Juliet liked the chocolate donuts from JGOB best, and Anakin was a sucker, okay), but he'd felt the uptick in Force-strong presences immediately.
He'd found Chris not much later: he'd stayed with some friend last night and Anakin hadn't inquired too closely about who it had been, too busy boggling at meeting a teenaged son who was almost as tall as he was while Rory was still carrying him around inside of her.
Then there was a brain-breaking radio show, and a frantic call to Rory. Now there was coffee. Soooo much coffee.
Chris, it seemed, wasn't a big talker as he tried to eat the Perk out of their supply of pastries. Juliet wasn't best pleased by this.
