Considering that it was Christmas, Cable didn't really expect a great deal of customers.
Also considering that where he came from, celebrating Christmas had never been on the menu, he was loathe to break from his usual schedule, though. So he came in, put the open sign on the door, checked through the papers (and the night's travel plans) and then made his way into the meditation room.
