Robin, Canadian though she was, wasn't doing well with the whole cold thing. Which was why she was tethering the dogs outside after their walk, and quietly heading into the Perk to order a mocha.

She waved to the other woman. "...okay, I'm going to remember this. I know I've served you in the bar, but I totally don't think I ever got your name. Hi."

That got a soft laugh as she looked up from her work. "Should I merely be pleased not to be forgotten?" Juli asked lightly. "Good day, and it's Juli."

"Robin," she said, extending a hand. "I'm sorry -- I barely ever actually get people's names when I'm serving them. It's a bad habit, probably having to do with the whole not-trained-as-a-bartender thing. How are you?"

Juli didn't mind. She went to shake Robin's hand. "I'm well enough," she said, smiling. "And there's no harm in not learning someone's name." A pause. "Unless you've got something against them, and then not knowing their name could be a grave oversight."
