A fascinatingly timely
book that wasn't a book, because it was on some small computer-like thing, given to him to read on Worf's recommendation, had at least saved Cal a trip to the bookstore, but he wasn't sure he could get used to reading things on a screen like that. Still, it wasn't a...bad read, for the most part, and it gave him something better to do than staring into space.
There were quite a few times that he sort of got distracted by staring out the window at the snow, which made him feel a little homesick, and there were a couple of times where he just skipped around in the story a bit to get to all the good, bloody, battle-y parts.
