Come almost evening time, Brooke and Tabitha were still at the ice cream place, both on their second sundae. Try as she might, Brooke hadn't been able to get any sort of booze mixed in with hers, even for as much as she thought she deserved it

Automatically trying to shy away from the napkin, Tabitha said, "You said it's not about a guy and it doesn't matter because you love me enough for two people."

"I knew I got screwed over," Brooke muttered, then remembered she had a five-year-old looking back up at her. "Are you okay with that?"

Tabitha wasn't too bothered, and she picked up her spoon because she still had ice cream left and that was just wrong. "I have lots of uncles," she said. "Everyone else only has one or two dads. I win."

"That's a great way to look at it," she said with a smile.

G'Kar stepped in, trailed by a blonde, ten-year old girl.

"What kind would you like?" he asked her.

Brianna studied the menu for several minutes.

"I think I want...a banana split! Can I get three different types of ice cream on it?"

"Of course you can!"

"Hm. I think I'll get...rocky road, fudge ripple and strawberry."

Hoshi decided to be brave and take the kidlets for ice cream, especially since Yoshiko was apparently from some kind of ice planet. The dorms were too hot and stuffy for her.

Yoshiko peered over the counter at all the different flavors, her antennae twitching with excitement. "Wow! I've never seen so many. We only get strawberry and vanilla on Enterprise. Once, Uncle Travis took me on his family's cargo ship and they had chocolate!"

"Do you think Toru would like some ice cream too?" asked Hoshi, who had Toru balanced on her hip since he wasn't as fast at walking as his sister. The time she spent taking care of Reizo had paid off.

Toru gurgled and clapped his hands.

"I think so," said Yoshiko. "Who doesn't like ice cream? It's so nice and cold!"

Jamie nearly drug Lucas into the ice cream parlor. "Can I get two scoops of chocolate, Uncle Luke?"

"I don't see any reason why not," Lucas replied, taking a moment to peruse the menu for himself. "What do you think, Rocky Road or Fudge Ripple?"

"Hmm," Jamie was putting real thought into this. "I think a real man would get the Rocky Road."

Lucas laughed, "Oh, well, I guess I'd better be a real man, then." The kid was killing him. Literally.

Robin wanted ice cream. He also wanted to see if there were any other kids in town. What a great Fandom Event!
