Johnny was at work but he probably couldn't be found. He was somewhere in the back room totally not hiding at all from his girlfriend who brought him coffee every work day. Not at all.
Dick had been walking around town, deciding whether or not he should go into Luke's and punch A.J. and get it over with or just forgetting about it because he's got the hangover from hell and any quick movement might have him throwing up. He decided to into the Photo Hut and get Johnny's opinion on things.
That is if he could find him. "Helllllo! Ow! My freaking head..."
"I feel like shit, dude." he said. He didn't even end up leaving Caritas last night. "I don't know if it was the rum, the whiskey or the tequila. Probably the tequila. GOB might need to start buying a better brand."
Johnny shook his head and set a bottle of handy-dandy asprin on the counter. "If it's any consolation, seems your ex suffered the same, except with just the tequila. You, uh, heard radio last night?"
Mary stopped by since she had nothing else to do now that Hoshi was working at the hotel on Wednesdays. She hadn't heard the radio, otherwise she would be at the hotel trying to find out why her employees were staging a coup.
Mary was a little surprised to find no one working in the store, though she could hear noise coming from the back room. That could only mean one thing.
Yep, Johnny was in the back room, piddling around as one does when one is afraid that one's girlfriend might have heard the radio and thought all kinds of stuff that just wasn't true. Damn squirrels.
Aaaah, his girlfriend. He knew it. He could smell the coffee.
He poked his head out of the supply room. "Oh, hi honey! Coffee? For me? Aren't you a baby doll." He strode forward, leaned across the counter, kissed her quick, and proceeded to pay attention to his coffee cup.

And to hide. Though he'd never ever suggest such a thing. Come on!

"Leo, are those more of your special brownies?"

He peeked his head out of storage supply, grinning. "Oh, hey Mary. Just me. No special brownies."
