Poseidon was disappointed. His giant squid had fled after fighting several of the inhabitants of the island. Now he didn't have a giant creature to crush those who needed to be crushed. That was easily fixed, though. If he wore sleeves, there would be something up them right now. There is more than one giant, crushing fish in the sea, after all ( Read more... )

In the afternoon, once Jaye's been out floating around town on her raft, she floats on by the... giant candy bar.

Jaye stares at it, jaw dropped. "Huh."

And then she takes a picture.

So... Sokka took a raft out this morning to look for Katara. The fact that the first place he checked was the site of yesterday's Shark vs. Squid battle royale is completely and totally a coincidence.

And... Well, it wasn't a battle. But he wasn't disappointed, because there was candy.

Sokka dragged the candy bar in to shore and unwrapped it, and then spent all day long eating handfuls of it, sunbathing on it, petting it, cooing sweet nothings to it, dozing off while lying on it... I'm sure you get the picture.
