Name the fandom. And repeats, etc.

118 & 133 - Same person? If not, you guys totally need to get together and share a beer or something.

Also, apparently someone really loves Code Geass.

No! I've never played the game in 133 (though now I'm all curious about it). You're so right about that beer [/coffee/tea] though.

This feels like nostalgia day to me; a lot of my old favorites popping up. :D

I feel you OP. I don't tell anyone either, minus my fiance one day after I'd had too much to drink. lol, it was pretty much my deepest, darkest secret (and I write fairly tame canon fic, which isn't even scandalous). I guess it's a tame secret to have, considering other skeletons people keep in their closet.

Most of the people I know wouldn't even know what fanfic is if I told them. I'm one of those closest fandom geeks who could recite every frickin' detail of the fandoms I love, but the majority of people I hang out with would be floored at just how into it I am. So, I don't tell them...

Are you me? :3 Except that sometimes the stuff I write isn't tame at all - but then I *officially* work with porn/erotic art, so that really isn't *the* taboo. It's just that I feel self conscious in letting others know I'm that into fictional characters, I guess...

THIS THIS THIS
I've never known how to describe myself, but "closet fandom geek" has to be it.
If I love a fandom, I really love it. I know every detail about every aspect of it, and am constantly scrounging for more. I can have deep conversations about hidden subtexts and the many layers of the characters, and love to dissect everything.
But in real life? I'll mention things I like with passing interest, but never show any indication to just how into them I am. None of my friends have ever revealed themselves to be that obsessive, and in my past experiences the subject only makes you into the "weird" one despite feigned understanding. If they aren't into fandom, they aren't going to get it.

I freaking hate that series and the way it's overtaken fandom at ff.net. It's annoying and drives me up the wall.

I prefer the real show, thank you very much.

I don't understand all the love for that series.

Honestly, I don't get that series. I don't understand the mythology nor why Caleb who had all of one mention to my knowledge in canon is such a major player - and Dean's "big brother" at that. Dean having an older brother removes a major aspect of his characterization, IMHO - it takes away Dean's whole protector gig. While that can be fun to play with in the context of AUs where Sam and Dean switch ages, it doesn't work for me if there's a third party being introduced. I think I remember being annoyed at the extreme dirth of female characters in that AU as well - even canon has some girls hanging around ( ... )

Woah woah, OLDER brother? *mind is blown*

Harry and Draco being snarky auror partners and actually learning over time how to deal with one another?
More like "ANYONE actually learning over time how to deal with one another." :| By the last book, I was fed up with a lot of House stereotyping.

Kimberly screaming after the car went BOOM always gets to me. NOW I KNOW WHY. I was more swayed towards Kimberly/Clear and this never even crossed my mind.

Thankyou, OP.
