Seeing as he'd spent the entire day doing nothing productive, Alphonse dragged himself out of his room and decided to continue being unproductive in the common room.

He's got the television on, but isn't paying much attention to it.

Pippi is flouncing about as per-usual when she notices Al as she passes the common room on her way up the stairs. For some reason she feels compelled to give him a big hug.

And Pippi Longstocking generally tries to accomplish what she's thought of.

Seras was at loose ends after the Art Show, so she decided to wend her way up to her room and begin one of those Louis L'Amour novels she'd bought at the book fair.

On her way, she popped her head into the Third Floor Common Room to see who was about.
