Passing through the campfire area on the way to karate, Peter bowed to Gwynn.

"Good morning! I've not seen you in days. How goes it?"

Gwynn stood and bowed back to Peter.

"Hullo! It's been a pretty busy couple of days," Gwynn admitted. "I miss our work-outs in the gym." She smiled. "How goes things with you?"

"I do as well. We ought to plan one soon," Peter said with a grin. "They go. Everything's seemed to quiet down a bit after the madness of last week, and I've been a bit of a prat. How about you?"

"Madness of last week?" She questioned in confusion. "The only madness I had heard talk off were the battles between Stickbug and Meerkat."

"That's what I meant," Peter replied. "I'm still looking over my shoulder waiting for the Meerkats to finalize their revenge. Perhaps I'm just lucky my hair is still its natural shade."

Gwynn might have paled a little and shemade herself ask... hoping she was wrong.

"Why would you be worried about what the Meerkats do to Stickbug?"

Peter noticed the draining of colour and was a bit confused. "Because I'm a Stickbug? What they do to one Stickbug, they do to all."

Gwynn may have squeaked a little bit.

"You are a resident of Stickbug cabin?"

"Yes," Peter said slowly, wondering a bit at Gwynn's guilty countenance. "Why?"

If Gwynn knew how to facepalm, she surely would have.

"That means that they...took your..." Gwynn's face flamed a bit. "You just don't do that to someone with your stature..." she tried to explain it away.

And Peter decided to play dumb. "What do you mean?"

"They took your... your... and...." Gwynn shook her head. "You are so much like Phillip and I didn't know you were in that cabin or you would have had my sword and I would have defended your honour!"

Peter grinned, "I appreciate your offer, Gwynn, but no real harm was done. We all survive insults to our dignity. It shall be repaid."

Gwynn tilted her head carefully. "Phillip would never allow me to hear the end of it if I did not at least offer the defense," she said solemnly.

"Repaid? Didn't you make a pastry explode on them for that?"

"The pastry explosion was because they changed our hair strange colours. Other retribution may be needed," Peter replied. "But I'm glad to know I can call upon your sword if there's need."

Gwynn nodded. "As you need."

Then something did strike her. "How... how did they do that to your hair?"
