The gym, Tuesday morning/afternoon

Yesterday in general did a lot of good, and Aeryn's done avoiding things. And people. So she heads down to the gym, bringing her gloves and dropping them onto the mat in case she needs them, and ignores the punching bag for now. She doesn't actually need to hit anything right now. She'll go for the machines instead.

Cameron heads down to the gym because that's what he does. "Yo! Still recovering from getting Molly-hugged?"

Aeryn lets the weights fall back into place and shrugs a little. "She's Molly. She's allowed," she says.

"Sometimes it's good to be Molly," Cameron nods because it makes sense. Really.

She frowns and asks, "Have you been Molly often?"

John wanders down to the gym because he figures that's where Aeryn is. And he's right but she's not trying to take apart the punching bag.

So, he sidles up near her and smiles. "Hi."

"Hi," she says, finishing a rep and letting the weights drop. She's not exactly smiling, but not exactly not, either.

"How're you doing?" John asks. "Besides the sweating."

"Good," she answers. "The sweating's good, too." Then she winces because she really didn't mean that the way it sounded.

Alanna came into the gym, nodded at the other patrons, and began to stretch.

Aeryn nods back, smiling a little at her.

"Good to have you back."

"Thanks," Aeryn says, and adds, "Good to be back." Because she's at least getting there.

Rory wandered into the gym after fourth period, dressed in sweats with her hair pulled back.

She gave Aeryn a little wave, and wandered over to a punching bag. She gave it a light poke, wondering if there was more to this "beating up on crap to get rid of your aggressions" thing.

Aeryn watches her, and says, "You generally have to hit it harder than that."

"But won't that hurt?" Rory asked curiously.

She tosses Rory one of her gloves. "Not if you do it right."
