The blackboards remained in place from last week. Charlie looked around in satisfaction. He'd brought a thermos of coffee, and was honestly intending to break for brunch at some point. Really.

mainly for Chloe, Broots and CJ. And the locker, of course.

On her way to her office yeah, it might be the long way she sees Charlie and his chalkboard. Smiling, and absolutely not shaking her head at his effots, she walks right up to him.

"How's it coming, Charlie?"

Charlie turned his head and smiled to her. "It's going really well! I'm hoping to get the interior measurements today!"

"Interior measurements? You mean like..open it? Isn't that kind of, um, risky?" She looks at his work just long enough to realize she'd have better luck with the Plato in the original Greek.

"Oh, I'll take precautions, of course." He rummaged around behind a blackboard and pulled out a rope.

Chloe makes her way down the hall and bounced up to Charlie. "Hey Professor," she says in greeting. "How's it going?"

"Oh good, I was hoping you wouldn't have gotten too far without me." Chloe glanced at the blackboards. "How dangerous are you planning on making this little venture today?"

Shortly after CJ and the Doctor arrived, the locker flew open.

"Um, Mr. Eppes? Can I join you next week?" Broots's eyes are red and he's clutching at a box of tissues as if it's his life-line.

Charlie patted him kindly on the shoulder. "Certainly. Go lay down, Broots. Have some soup."

Behind CJ, the locker door swung open suddenly with a great burst of wind. Initially, it pushed everyone back, but then the winds reversed. CJ, being the closest, had no chance of resisting as she was sucked into the locker.

The vortex also grabbed onto the smallest blackboards. It skidded across the floor to slam against the front of the bank of lockers, blocking anyone else from getting pulled in after CJ.

Hair blew around her face and she tried to brush it back. She couldn't even see...and then she was being pulled backwards. She tripped a bit over the edge of the locker and fell backwards. She gasped...and was gone.

Ten was frozen for about half a second, staring at the blackboard that was smack up against the bank of lockers. CJ had completely disappeared behind it.

Without thinking, he went to one end and started to push, but the wind was still too strong for him to move it on his own. "You two," he snapped, looking at Charlie and Chloe. "Get over there and pull."

Charlie stopped staring at the locker/blackboard and ran over to pull.
